Freelance-Creator was founded in 2008 by Paul Timmins. Since we started in April, we have been producing well organised and user-friendly websites for our customers.
We're based in Richmond, Surrey. We are a very friendly team, that has excellent customer service skills.
Here at Freelance-Creator we are a strong experienced team that specialise specifically in Web/ Graphic/ Flash design and also Website Development.
